We strive to clearly communicate with our customers and give customers the benefit of our experience. We make every effort to meet the needs of our customers when it comes to protecting their home's systems and appliances.
What is a Home Warranty?
A home warranty is a one-year protection plan for your home's covered systems and appliances and offers repair or replacement coverage for those covered items that fail due to normal wear and tear. Home warranties are designed for single-family residential homes. If you have questions, please contact us at 877.465.1411.
Why is a Home Warranty Important?
A First American home warranty protects you and your budget from expensive, unexpected repair or replacement costs that can occur with covered system and appliance failures. When a covered item fails, place one service call to First American to get the process started.
Is There a Limit to the Number of Service Calls I Can Place Each Year?
Absolutely not! There is no limit to the number of service calls you can make. Our customers place about one service call per year on average, and many of our customers place several calls per year. You too, could save hundreds or even thousands of dollars on repair or replacement bills.
